H4 EAD

Hi, 

 

              I am applying H4 EAD for my wife . My wife previously hold H1 and she converted to F1 and now she is on H4 I have few questions regarding I 765 form 

1. for the Section 16 what is the Category I need to enter . From the Doc it says category C(26)  for H4 EAD 

2. In the new I 765 form Section 19 its asking for I140 number for Category C(35) C(36) 

3. For the Section 11 do I need to provide my wife's previous H1 details ?

 

                        Can some one suggest me what to enter in this form

1. c (26) is correct.

2. Q.19 is not applicable for your case, but Q.18 is, if that's what you meant. It states the following. Here we should put your latest H1 797 petition's receipt no.

c (26) Eligibility Category

3. Q.11 is only if your wife had ever filed a I-765 before for EAD. H1 does not count. Check No there.

 

I am not an expert but I am trying to find the same answers as you, and thus sharing based my current knowledge.
