Please follow his website: https://mexicovisaservice.appspot.com Get Mexico Permit for 7 days at Mexico Boarder, if your current visa is expired. Mr. Salvador will help you. No need to apply for Mexico Visa. Only go there, if you have I-797 approval for same visa type which was last stamped on your passport. They DO NOT process change in Visa Type (like F1 to H1B, H4 to H1B etc). Enjoy Local Market near by Best Western hotel. People don't speak English, but they are very nice.
