I-140 after changing Job

I have Approved I-140 and PD is 2011 June. I changed my Employer recently. My employer will file New Perm process after 2 year.

What happen if PD become current before that.I mean if next year PD become current , can i still file after 2 year and retain my PD to 2011 ? Or I loose PD ? Or I can stay and extend my H1b till find employer who filed my GC ?
