AC 21 portability when I-140 amendment pending

Please advise if my case is AC 21 portable when I-140 amendment is pending.

Original i-140 approved (approved prior 180+ days)

i-485 pending (180+ days)

i-140 amendment (successor in interest) due to merger - pending for 3 months

Is my case AC21 portable to join other employer while my I-140 amendment is pending? Please advise
