NishithVyas
Hello, I've an approved I-797b form & had RFE which was cleared on Dec 22, 2016. Now, more than 2 months passed & still I didn't register myself for visa stamping date as my present employer says that all US Visa consulates in INDIA issuing 221G in bulk nowadays. So, it is better to wait for sometime. So, my query is, should I force my employer to get a visa date or need to wait for some time he suggested? Also, requesting you to provide recent 221G proofs if someone received & steps of action they have taken. Simply saying, I don't want to be trumped..! ;) -Nishith Link to comment
LuckyLoser
you can continue to stay in US as long as your i94 is valid and go for stamping when you want to activate your h1b Link to comment

NishithVyas
My concern is to get +ve stamping. Presently, I am in INDIA & would like to go for stamping in April, 2017. As lots of people are getting 221G (Additional scrutiny) for H1B, I'm afraid to take a stamping date. I don't want H1B rejection. -Nishith Link to comment
