How to get the Duplicate or Details of the approved H1B

Hi,

I had a H1B Visa approved on 2012 and worked in USA for 6 months and moved to India for marriage and switched to different employer .

Now I came to USA and i would like to start my carrier. I have lost my I-797  approval notice and I need it to seek for job.

I have explored option to get the duplicate H1B approval notice  by filling (I- 824 )but it require the details of ( Form number of approved petition, Case Id details,Filing date and approved date) .But I dont took a copy or remember the details.

All I have now is the H1B stamping page and the Visa number in the passport.

I need your suggestion and help in how can i get the details of the approved H1B petition

H1B stamping page   has either EAC* or WAC* number which is your receipt number

Dont you have your i 797 approval copy even in your email ? How did your attorney/employer sent it over to you

It has the WAC number

My employer has given me the hard copy to me.

BTW, when i checked the receipt number , it says it was revoked on 2013 december.

Can i still use the previous  H1B    for CAP except ?
