Will H-1 impact chances of L-1 (which is currently being processed)

Hi,

My current employer (A) has filed an L-1B Individual Visa and is currently in the RFE stage. By the time RFE is responded to and the USCIS takes a decision it would probably be mid April.

Now if another employer (B) files an H-1B  on 1st April,  Will this H-1B application impact my L-1 chances ? (Since the L-1 decision would be made after the H-1B is filed).  Please help me with the most likely answer below.

1) H-1 application  will have 100% NO bearing on L-1 chances.

2) H-1 application may or may not have a  bearing on L-1 chances.

3) H-1 application will most likely impact L-1 chances.
