OPT STEM extension got denied from a STEM approved major and a accredition approved state university. Reason for deniel: yet to know

I an working full time with a company. 

OPT End date : Jan 19,2017

OPT extension packet received : Dec 15,2016

OPT denied : March 1st, 2017

I need to quit my job due to rejection. My DSO suggests for MTR. Please let me know pros and cons. I am concerned if I transfer my SEVIS to other university for CPT from day 1 , am I still eligible for processeing MTR and what if my OPT extension got approved after transferring my SEVIS. Please tell me your views. My H1-B applying date is near. I am pretty much worried. Plese provide me with suggestions please

No real university does CPT from day 1. It would be abuse of CPT.

And signing up with a fraud university would only kill your future in the US.
