Peeush
Hi all I understand that I am not the only one on L1B visa who's having a I94 expiration date (12/07/19) higher than my visa expiration date which is 12/07/17. My wife also has similar dates for her i94. I believe this has been given based on the 2 year extension allowed for L1B. However, the question is , my wife has to travel to India in May. My concern is when she comes back May end, is it possible that the I94 date gets regressed based on the actual Visa expiration date (12/07/17) ? Or the last i94 date (for December 2019) would hold true ? Look forward to your responses here. Thanks a lot Peeush Link to comment
