Question about voluntary withdrawal of application

Need help with answering the following question on N400

22. Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces) for any reason? 

what do you answer if you voluntarily withdrawn the application at port of entry and retuned back to home county while on a business visa.

It is not deportation or removal, but immigration officer at port of entry did not allow the entry due to incorrect visa type for the nature of work. This happened more than a decade ago.

No issues were faced on subsequent travel to US.

Is this considered detention at port of entry ? Being taken to the secondary screening /interview and volunteered withdrawal and retuning back within few hours.

Is supporting documentation needed to be provided with the application?

You are not in the USA till you go through CBP and are admitted in. Having said that do not take chances and involve a Lawyer.
