I-485 got denied due to lack of J2 waiver. My job with current employer is ending soon. Can I refile I-485 while I am at other employer after I receive waiver through extreme hardship ? [I was on H1b visa for a 6 years. Currently, I have pending H1b which was filed based on pending I-485 (now its rejected)]. Link to comment
