H1 stamping - computer programmer analyst role differ in Ds-160 and I-129

My employer mention in LCA / I-129 filing as a "computer programmer analyst".
really my role and responsibilities are related to database and system admin side so I have mentioned in DS-160 and client letter my duties are related to database and system admin.
If the designation and roles are different in LCA / I-129 filing than an actual mention in DS-160 is any problem to face interview?
Both should match?

LCA and i129 has to match generally, but the officer can over look that sometimes.. Compyter systems analyst in a general role for every LCA but when yoyu see the first line you will be sub ccategorized as programmer analyst or systems analyst. Check that.

ideally, it should match..  my suggestion would be fill up one more DS and call the consulate and say that this is your new DS to your appointment,  they will change it from old to new.  

Some say it might be issue, some say it does not matter. But my suggestion would be both LCA and DS should match..

LCA / I-129 filing roles must match to DS 160 must match to what you have employer, vendor, client letters. VO will ask what is your roles and responsibilities...

My  duties are same in client letter, primary vendor letter,vendor, Resume.
and are different in DS-160, I-129, LCA.

You meant say that both should be match including title and duties?

Looks like you have more than one vendor in between.. make sure your employer managing your work and not vendors.. or you will be in trouble...

What should be the best  answer if the visa officer asked about questions on  my multi layer/more than one vendor???
