Not applied H1B Amendment..

[Help Needed..]

Hi,

I got my h1b approval with Client A in October 2014.

I then changed my job in November 2014 and did not apply H1B amendment but did my LCA.

According to the final guidance on h1b amendments by USCIS on aug 2,2015 it was mentioned that anyone who changed their job before April 9,2015 may choose to file an amendment but Not Required.

Hence it was not a required rule for me, I did not apply for amendment.

Today, Feb 15,2017, i got another job and I am going to do an amendment but worried if USCIS is going to raise any concerns with this issue???

Did anyone fall in this situation? Please let me know.
