Hi,

My company filed PERM application last year.  Before getting final approval there was audit query on our advertisement and profile matching process.  The query was responded back to DOL but unfortunately my PERM got denied saying the reply on my audit query was not responded in satisfaction to compliance officer.  In this situation my company is refusing to file appeal on my case.  With this situation, if they respond back would it get cleared?

Do you guys have any experience of this sort?  Kindly share your thoughts and feedback.  Appreciate if you can reply my question.  Thanks.
