Me (H1B) and my family (H4B) have Visa stamped till Dec 2017 from Company A. We (me and family) have received I797 (after visa transfer) from Company B which is valid till July 2019 My Family who are in H4 are planning to visit India this July 2017 and return in September 2017. So do they need to get the Visa stamped from the consulate or could they visit India and come as they already have Visa valid till Dec 2017 from the previous company (Company A)? Link to comment
