6th year H-1b Visa Stamping with No I-140

Hi all,

I'm planning to go to India in last week of feb. I'm working Fulltime for a healthcare client from past 4 years and had my 1st stamping with the same employer in canada. Now, am on 6th year of h-1b expiring in aug 2017 with NO I-140. My husband and child are flying with me and my husband has 140 with h-1b stamped.

What would be my chances of getting h-1b stamped? 

If they ask me what after 6th year how shd I answer? (m planning to move to h4 ead once i come back)

Is there anyone who had been in similar situation? Plz share your experience.

Any suggestions that I need to know?
