sameer24p
Hi, I would really appreciate if someone can provide information around this. My case has been filed as an EB-2 preference classification with the Nebraska Service Center (Employment Based, myself plus family). I-140 has already been approved, and since my I-140 from my previous employer was still valid, the previous priority date was ported (PD: 15/AUG/2007). We completed our fingerprinting on 5-JAN-2017, myself and my spouse have already received our EAD cards. The I-485 receipt date is Nov-15-2016, and the service center processing time for NSC is showing as May-02-2016. Does this mean I have to wait for 6-8 more months to get the final green card ? What's the general timeline after completion of biometrics (fingerprinting) ? Thanks and appreciate any feedback. Link to comment
