JoeF Posted May 19, 2017 Report Share Posted May 19, 2017 For unemployment benefits, you need to be willing and able to work in any job. The EAD allows that. Also, unemployment benefits are not public aid. It comes out of an insurance the employers pay into. So, there is no issue with GC processing. Link to comment
