I-130 US. Citizen for spouse

I live in PA USA, and my husband lives in the Dominican Republic. I filled a I-130 last year received date Nov 21 2016. Two month has passed and the only thing I received was a receipt notice. Online it only say that my case was received. Together with the I-130 application I send all the documents except the affidavit. The processing time website at first it say 5 month and now they change it to the exact date of the application they are working on it. I am worried because I haven't received any other notification and I know there's a lot more to do, ex: fees to pay etc. what's the next step? how long does it takes for them to send any other notification? What are the steps of the whole process?
