Ruthwik25
Hi I received an h1b denial on Jan 12th. My masters (29 months) opt ended on oct 2nd 2016 and since then I was waiting for H1b decision (my employer didnt do a premium for their own reasons). Now I am planning to do sevis reinstatement with a different university to do my second masters. I already have admit for summer semester but can I be in US once I file a f1 reinstatement ( within a week from now) until the semester starts (may3rd). Should I find another university that starts early?? Link to comment
Altras
Find another accredited university as early as possible to start your 2nd masters. Do not delay, approach an attorney too. Do not repeat the same mistake your employer has done by joining a non-accredited university or delaying in checking with attorney. their consultation fees is as minimum as 200 or even less and some of them offer first consultation free. So write all your questions and then approach, that can save your career for future. Link to comment
