EB3 to EB2 Current, 485 question

Hello:

My EB3 PD is 2006 and just last week my EB2 PERM Got approved.

Currently on EAD/AP from my EB3 (2007 fiasco!)

My Question:

1. Can I just apply for I-140 (in premium processing) and port my PD and use my old I-485? or

2. Should I file for another I-485 again for this EB2 porting along with EB2-I-140? (Concurrently)

If option 2, can I still travel while the EB2 case is pending? By using my old EAD/AP?
