cap-gap Posted January 31, 2017 Report Share Posted January 31, 2017 The B1/B2 visa allows visit for medical treatment.. but here in this case, the applicant himself is not going for the treatment..this is the one scenario where the consulate would like to see the "Sponsor form" for visitor.. you can try but need to demonstrate the availability of the funds to cover the significant medical costs involved with the donor during the procedure...goodluck..
