KKK1982
Hello, My I-140 got approved in Feb 2015. I am still with the same employer. I have below query. If I transfer my H1B to new employer, I may get it either for 1 year, 2 years or 3 years based on client letter. If my new employer doesn't file my PERM application during H1 validity, can I get H1 extension based on older I-140? If so, how many extensions can I get based on old employer's I-140? Please clarify. Link to comment
