visaus123 Posted January 19, 2017 Report Share Posted January 19, 2017 Hi Team, I have a valid 797 petition till Jun-2018 and an amendment is filled for me as my work location is changed and its in received status. My dependant has travelled to india and he needs stamping, can he go for stamping or does he need to wait untill my amendment is approved. Based on some recent update some one says I need to wait till my amendment is approved. I wanted to confirm on that..Can someone pls respond back so that I can reqeust for premium if needed.
