H1B Extension with previous employer's I 140 Approval

Hi All,

I work for Company B for almost two years and have approved I 140 from Company A (worked 5 yrs) with PD 2013 (I 140 not revoked). Company B has not initiated my GC yet and have valid H1 for only 1 yr.

Can company B use existing company A's I 140 to applying H1B extension for the second time ?

If I join company C, will I get 3 yr extension again?

I went thru some articles which says I can get the approval/extension if I have my I 140 approved.

My question is can I use I 140 multiple time to get the approval, since PD 2013 becoming current will not happen for at least another 5 years.

I have the same question guys. I have approved I-140 now. If I switch employer and if they fail to initiate my GC process on time, will I be able to get further extensions based on older employer's I-140? Please advice.
