accordv6
US consulate in Jamaica stopped processing visa applications for third country nationals way back since 2014, who told you to look for H1b stamping appointment in Kingston, Jamaica ? It clearly states that on their website: Third-Country Nationals The U.S Embassy in Kingston is unable to accommodate visa interview requests from third country nationals who are not resident in the Embassy’s consular district of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. The only exceptions to this policy are C1/D crew member visas, which the Embassy will continue to process. If you have no long term status in Jamaica, the best place to apply for a visa is in your home country. https://jm.usembassy.gov/visas/nonimmigrant-visas/ Your best bet would be Canada or your home country. US embassies throughout the world maintain websites for each consulate, try to explore their website to begin with. Link to comment
