I am presumably only a few weeks from my I-140 being approved. My employer however, is currently paying me less than the prevailing wage listed in From 9089 section G. I am still salaried and work for a reputed firm, just that my salary is less than the quoted prevailing wage in ETA From 9089 (Sections F & G). Is this legal? Thanks! Link to comment
