My H1 is renewed and I would like to go to Matamoros for stamping again this month end. When I am trying to schedule a date through Visa appointment center(https://ais.usvisa-info.com/es-mx/niv), I was able to login to my existing account I created last year. Once I login I don't find any option to schedule a new appointment(I see all the details of last year appointment). If I try to schedule without signing in, it says email is already in use. I would like to know if Creating a new account with a different email address is the only option and if it is the right way to do it. Appreciate your inputs. Link to comment
