Which was later withdrawn .But still ICE deported me. I filed a motion to reopen my case. But it was denied and Now i am planing to file i-212 to get wavier. Please advice is it correct way. I heard it is only I-212 is the only option after motion to reopen case is denied. Notes :- I traveled on a valid visa to USA and was arrested on day to my travel back to India. Please guide. Why do you call the charge fake? And if it was withdrawn then a competent attorney should be able to help you reverse the whole thing. Please ellaborate. Link to comment
