urgent i -94 issue

All,

I was checking my travel history here https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search but don't see recent travel date, as well as don't see updated I-94.

What might be reason? Should I correct it?

Background

H1b valid until Sep 2019, Passport expiring in Oct 2017. So POE officer given stamp until Oct 2017 (Passport expiration date).

This might be reason I don't see updated I-94 and recent travel date?

The travel history is very seldom accurate or up-to-date on the CBP site: This OK and does not need to be corrected. The travel history results page itself says at the bottom that the history is not valid for any legal purposes.

I am not sure what you mean by updated I94...: If you recently got an extension of your H1B, then the online I94 will NOT be updated to reflect the extension. In this situation, you will rely on the I94 date on your I797 form.

If however no I94 at all is showing up based on the last date you entered in US, then you need to consult your immigration attorney ASAP. Hopefully it will just be some minor technical issue but in case it is not, then delay is not advisable.
