gopigopa Posted January 5, 2017 Report Share Posted January 5, 2017 i was on F2 and my status got changed to H1 b in October 2015 but never got a job with the employer or never even applied for my SNN either so i left the country in march 2016 before the employer revoke it. i have a valid F2 visa on my passport and i have an updated F2 I-20 can i travel to US on this visa or else do i need to appear for interview at the consulate. JoeF Posted January 6, 2017 Report Share Posted January 6, 2017 So, you were out of status since Oct. 2015 until you left. You HAD a job, with the employer. The employer has to pay you. Why didn't you file a complaint with DOL? Why are you only asking questions now? Link to comment
