EB3 skilled worker

hi,

i will complete 1 year on my h1b on jan 2017.   I have 3yr bachelor of science in physics from india and total 13 years of IT experience.   I had below queries related to green card application.

1.  should i do online masters in computer science and after that apply for eb2 through my company.

2.  apply for eb3 under skilled worker and in parallel do ms and then after ms plan to switch from eb3 to eb2

3.   just apply for eb3 skilled worker. What are the chances ?

3.  any other option.

Below is some background :

Client : Major US drug distributor.

Self : working on dev/support of major systems of this client through an indian consulting company since last 5years. out of 5 years last 1 hear in usa on h1b for same usa client.
