Ravi Boreddy
Hi I have filed my GC in EB1-C, but unfortunately my I-140 has been denied(yet to receive notice of action). Before this decision I had two RFE'S on I-140. I heard that my company does not go for appeal. Since this is filed by employer(petitioner). Can your attorney take up this case for appeal? Please let me know. Also I would like to know my eligibility for EB2, I am working now as a Sr. Manager in US. Before that I was in India as a Manager. I did my B.Sc(Completer science)-3 years and M.Sc(Computer Science)-2 years from India. I have 12 years of experience. Please let me know if your comments. Thanks Ravi Link to comment
pontevecchio
The petition was by your employer and you cannot take over. If you are seeking legal help, please give the firm of Murthy a call. Link to comment
sagi85
Can you let us know the reason of RFEs and denial? If you're eligible to EB-1C legitimately then your case won't be denied. Link to comment
