H1 b transfer to another employer - urgent please

Hi, 

my h1b was valid till November 24 2016 and i94 till December 3rd. I have transferred to a new employer in mid November and they have sent the H1 package to USCIS by November 23rd. I still haven't received any conformation email receipt from USCIS. Can I continue staying in United States and wait for the receipt ??
