H1B approved but administrative processing at caec site

I had my visa interview on 22nd Nov at Mumbai consulate. The VO told me that the visa is approved. However, my case on Caec site is shown as :

Administrative Processing

Application ID or Case Number:	xxxxxxxx
Case Creation Date:	22-Nov-2016
Status Updated Date:	22-Nov-2016

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.

Is this 221G? If yes, I was not given any slip by the VO. Should I be worried? Anyone else in the same boat? I have a return flight to catch on 3rd Dec. I was working on F1 visa(OPT) since Jan '16. More freaked out as my company does not have an India office and I might lose my job if this thing takes eternity.

Don't worry that's how it will show even for approved ones...it will show as admin processing until the visa is printed...then status will change to Issued...u will get an email after that..
