Immienquiry
Hello All, Parents came to the USA on August 15th, 2016 and Leaving on Jan 2nd 2017 ( Total Stay 4.5 Months). My wife is delivering in May and my parents want to come back in May 2017 ( after 4 months gap) and stay back preferably for 6 months to spend time with the grandchild. Is there any problem in this case? Would they need to be prepared for some questions? Could they be sent back? Note: During their current stay: In between they had a 10 day trip to Canada and came back in Sept 2016 ( Their visa was not extended from the original stamping though). Thank You in advance. We need all the advice possible. Abhi Link to comment
pontevecchio
They can return. The uncertainty is whether the Officer gives them 6 months or not. Link to comment
shekar11#
No issues. You should be good. But you need to be prepared in case they ask questions like why are you returning so soon. Link to comment
