Parents Visiting for Grandchild's delivery within 6 months of previous visit.

Hello All,

Parents came to the USA on August 15th, 2016 and Leaving on Jan 2nd 2017 ( Total Stay 4.5 Months).

My wife is delivering in May and my parents want to come back in May 2017 ( after 4 months gap) and stay back preferably for 6 months to spend time with the grandchild. 

Is there any problem in this case? Would they need to be prepared for some questions? Could they be sent back?

Note: During their current stay:  In between they  had a 10 day trip to Canada and came back in Sept 2016 ( Their visa was not extended from the original stamping though).

They can return. The uncertainty is whether the Officer gives them 6 months or not.

No issues. You should be good. But you need to be prepared in case they ask questions like why are you returning so soon.

Could they say that they are here to witness the birth of their first grand child?
