NORI affidavit filling

Hi

This is regarding NORI affidavit to be submitted to consulate.  I came to the US on F1 visa and then converted to J1 visa. I took a loan from India for my studies from bank which I am still paying. Under question number 2, Am I supposed to furnish details about the loan which I took from private financial institution? Under statement number 3 it says I have not taken any loan from any person or agency in India which seems contradictory in my case as I have taken loan from private bank.  What should I fill in this case under statement number 2 and 3?
