Question on I-130 application for family members

1. I would like to proceed with applying immigration for my parents (mom & dad) along with my brother (who is 19 years). Based on I-130 instructions, I believe this will be 2 applications (one for my mother & one for father), there is no need to file separate application for my brother. I just need to add my brother in list of spouse and children of relative. Now, I have 5 sisters - shall I list out my sisters too in this list?

2. I have 4 married sisters and each has spouse and kids. Based on I-130 instructions, I believe this will be just 4 applications, will not need to file separate applications for their spouses & children. Just need to add my sister's spouse and kids in the list on my sister's I-130 application respectively, right?

3. I have one unmarried sister (22 years), I want to file her application as well. This itself is one I-130 application, right?

Need confirmation on my understanding before I submit applications for my family members.
