Kumar660m
Hi, Good morning. I need some information about I140 revoke I am on H1b and 6 months back my I140 approved through my current employer. Now i wanted to switch to new employer, but the new employer wont do any green card for me. I heard if i stay with current employer with approved I-140 for more than 6 months my current employer cant revoke my I140 is that true ? If in case my I140 revoked by my current employer can i use same revoked I140 to extend my H1b after completing 6 years in US ? Based on the response i need to plan my future. Kindly please advise. Thank you in advance Regards, Kumar Link to comment
pontevecchio
No such rule. But even if revoked , you generally retain the PD. But you are not eligible for further H1 extensions once the H1 petition is revoked Link to comment
