bpraveenr26 Posted October 20, 2016 Report Share Posted October 20, 2016 My background, I got my H1B visa stamped from Comp A in 2009 but never traveled to USA, Later came to USA thru L1 visa from Comp A. In 2013 applied fresh H1B from Comp B and I did recently H1B extension and got approval till 2019 never went stamping from comp B. w.r.t to GC I140 approved with Comp B. Planning to go India in the month of Dec Currently visa inter view slots are not available till Feb. Now I am planning to go Mexico for H1B Visa Stamping. I need recommendation/Suggestion. Can I go to Mexico for first time H1B visa stamping with comp B as it fresh H1? Link to comment
