sanonh1b
Hello, I came across this question while filing DS-160. I am thinking it could be related to my green card processing. But I am not 100% sure what exactly that means. Quote Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? Can somebody please confirm? Link to comment

RoSogolla_221g
The answer is Yes. No need to put the petition number, just put yes and by your <employer name>. That should suffice. If yes, carry a copy of your approved I-140 with you. Link to comment
