My attorney sent an email to Atlanta processing centre and they jus replied its being processed. So i have few questions 1. What do they mean by its being processed? 2. Why is it my application is taking such a long time to get processed while all of my friend have got theirs processed in less than 5 months. 3. Is there a way to expedite the process? What else can i do abt this situation? 4. If the perm is pending for more than a year my h1 b can be extended. Now if my perm is not approved and my h1b is extended for an year, can i change my employer? Please help me!!!! Link to comment
