H1 B - Two employers - Visit to India - Marriage

Hi,

I am currently on H1B with Employer1 and I got an offer from Employer2 and my H1 transfer is complete and I have the approved i797 with me. But the start date with Employer2 is in January 2017.

My wedding got fixed in November 2016. I am travelling to India and I plan to return to US with my spouse on H4 in December 2016. My questions are below.

1. Should I be worried of anything with this plan?

2. Will there be any impacts to my Visa before or after joining Employer2 in January 2017?

3. Will there be anything that I need to take care of before joining Employer2, now that I am married and my spouse got her H4 on my Employer1 visa?

Why would she get a H4 visa based on the previous employer when she can show the latest petition and get a H4 visa?

So, Can I apply H4 visa for my spouse, with my Employer2 approved petition even though, I didn't join the company yet?

Yes. I assume you will return and join B and that A is history.

I am not too sure how it goes with Employer 2 after I come back. So, Can we apply H4 on Employer1 and when we get into US, can we change it to Employer 2 or something?

H4 status is only based on your valid H1 status and is NOT DEPENDENT on employers. Do you have a job with any employer after you come back ?

Yes. I will have the job with Employer1 and I am planning to move to  Employer2 after few weeks of entering US.
