GCParent
One of the requirements for an immigrant visa is police clearance from all countries the applicant previously resided. What happens in the case where the applicant was born in undivided India before 1947, but is an Indian Citizen? Will they be required to obtain an additional police clearance from the place they were born, even though it was India at that time, but is now a different country? Link to comment
pontevecchio
The PCC in India is obtained from the regional Passport Office relevant to the domicile . Just apply for a PCC from the Regional Passport Office. Link to comment
