i797B without i94 on H1 but present in H4

Hi,

     I have recently changed my employer and my H1 transfer is approved. I have a stamped visa from my previous employer until October, 26, 2016. My current approved transfer doesn't have the i94 copy on the H1 i797 but it is present in the H4 part of the i797. Please let me know if me alone should go out of country and come back to get new i94 or is this something USCIS can fix it without me travelling out of country.

You should immediately get in touch with the lawyer involved. H4 extension is not possible without H1 extension.
