Pedapudi Posted September 15, 2016 Report Share Posted September 15, 2016 Hi, I am in EB2 Green Card India Category with I-140 Approved on 9/9/2016. My Priority Date is Feb 27, 2009. As per October 2016 Bulletin, EB 2 India "Final Action" date is Jan 2007. But, EB2 India "Dates of Filing" date is April 2009. Can I now submit EAD and/or I-485 based on "Dates of Filing" Date ?
