Which I-94 to surrender?

Hello,

I need an urgent help to know as to which I-94 I need to surrender. Below are some specifics to my case:

I last entered in the USA on F1 status with a paper I-94 slip. I never visited India after that. Meanwhile I transitioned from F1 to OPT and then to H1B (2013-2016) an finally recently renewed the H1B again (2016-2109). My confusion is as to which I-94 am I suppose to surrender to the airlines when I leave the US to visit India? Is it just the white slip that I have in my passport from my entry in 2008 or should I also tear the I-94 slips from the 2013-2016 I-129 and 2016-2019 I-29 and surrender all three of them to show my validity of stay in the US.

Any suggestion or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Please let us know whether the Airline actually took your I94's .
