Hello,

For H4 visa interview h1b holder must have a valid visa stamp in PP?

I have a renewed valid i797 and my h1 stamp in PP is expiring before two weeks of the my spouse first h4 interview .Would this be an issue ? As there are huge wait times for visa slots not able to plan my h1 interview with new i797 .Hope this wouldn't impact my spouse h4 interview .

Any experiences and suggestions would be greatly appreciated .
