Maddyk
Hi, Currently i am in 6th year , its getting max out on Aug-2017. My current employer has filed the PERM in July (yet to Approve ). Due to some employer issue, i have to change the company. if i change the employer now and join the new company and if they fill the PERM again before Aug-2017 . Will i get 1 year extension based on the PERM or not ? as PERM is filed during 6th year, want to make sure am i eligible for the 1 yr extension or not . Note : Assumption just filing the PERM before max out date, not approved. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

Mahboob Mohammed
As your employer applied for PERM in 5th year (365 day rule), you can get extension for 1 yr of H1b applied by a different employer. Thanks, Mahboob Mohammed Link to comment
