Job advertised as Minimum req bachelors + 24 months

Hi Experts, My employer advertised my Job for GC processing as Bachelors + 24 months experience. 

My back ground - Masters from US university + 3 years of experience.

They are filling my ETA 9089 Labor and I am worried if i will qualify for Eb2 or not as the minimum requirement for this Job is bachelors + 24 month work experience.

My question is How to change that to Eb2 qualified - 

--Do they need to advertise again ? 

-- Can i still apply and any chance to convert to Eb2.

That is EB3. Requirement for EB2 would be MS or BS + 5 years progressive experience.

And the employer can't just arbitrarily change the requirements.

For EB2, you would have to get a job that requires an MS.

Cant we re-advertise with new wording adding  MS + 2 years of experience?  and then after advertise + cooling period can we fill labor with that requirement ?  any thoughts please

No. It has been established that the job doesn't require a Masters.

Faking things by now arbitrarily changing the requirements is not going to work.

Does the employer have a lawyer? No decent lawyer would ever even suggest such fraud.
